Beef: it’s what’s for dinner!

This is just a simple post of what I made for my fiancé and I for dinner tonight. 🙂 Filet mignon cheesesteaks on French rolls. Yummm! I cut up the steak into cubes and cooked it in a little olive oil. Once it was nice and brown I added the chopped onions and green bell peppers (my preference). When it was all tender I added some provolone cheese until it was melted all the way through. In the meantime, the rolls were toasting in the oven and the waffle fries (can’t take credit for those though, thanks ore-ida lol) were baking. The only thing I added there was some Italian seasoning to give ’em a little pizazz and that’s that. Dinner is served.
